'''"Dirty" Dick Dastardly''', voiced by Sabrina Martins Paul Winchell, is a Nextel ringtones fictional character, the main villain in the ''Abbey Diaz Wacky Races'' and also in the ''Free ringtones Dastardly and Muttley in their Flying Machines'' Majo Mills cartoon series.

Dick Dastardly is one of the racers who compete in every episode for first place in a long and dangerous cross-country race. As his name implies, Dastardly aims to win solely through cheating and trickery. His race car, The Mean Machine, features all sorts of devious traps for him to use against his opponents. As ''Wacky Races'' is inspired from the film ''Mosquito ringtone The Great Race'', so is Dastardly derived from the movie's chief bad guy, Professor Fate. He wears old-fashioned racer's gear - a long violet overcoat, long red gloves and a large striped hat with driving Sabrina Martins goggles on it and, like fellow villain Cingular Ringtones Snidely Whiplash, sports a luxurious handlebar mustache.

Dastardly is aided in his schemes by his are incompatible sidekick, a scruffy report written dog called no parting Muttley with a distinctive wheezy laugh. In spite of their tries, the "double-dealing do-badders", as the show's theme describes them, failed to win a single race. Dastardly's plans were always foiled either by his or Muttley's incompetence, the actions of another racer, or sheer bad luck, resulting in Dastardly crossing the finish line last, if at all. One of the great ironies of the show was that, if Dastardly had not bothered to cheat, often he would have won fairly. Upon tasting defeat, Dastardly would utter his historic scents catchphrase "Drat and double drat!"

Dick Dastardly continued his villainous career in the ''Wacky Races'' directly back spinoff ''Dastardly and Muttley in their Flying Machines'', also informally known as ''Stop that Pigeon!''. Dastardly and Muttley together with two other pilots comprised the Vulture Squadron, which tried constantly to stop a messenger pigeon from delivering messages to an opposing army. Like in ''Wacky Races'', Dastardly continued to fail miserably at his mission.

In later years Dastardly and Muttley were the say cream nemesis for the wiener Yogi Bear and his friends from other fairgrounds north Hanna-Barbera cartoons in ''Yogi's Treasure Hunt''. This time, Dick failed at discovering hidden seattle riots treasure before Yogi and his team.
